一、 Main features and uses
1. The spiral flow straightener shall lead the oil to flow with spirality evenly and continuously, which overcomes the dead angle of heat exchange caused by conventional baffle plate, thus there is higher heat exchange efficiency and little pressure loss.
2. As the heat transfer pipe, the copper tubing is used for rolling heat abstraction fins, which has the large area of heat transfer and small volume of products.
3. The water flow is divided into two flow paths. The oil flow is divided into mass flow (large lead of spiral flow straightener) and small flow paths (small lead of spiral flow straightener). There is a variety of species, which can satisfy different needs.
4. It is mainly used for the cooling of working mediums for low viscosity fluid lubricating hydraulic pressure system and fluid power cooling system.
